David Cohen

Chief Executive Officer

David Cohen is the Chief Executive Officer of Doc Wayne Youth Services, a nonprofit organization that leads the field in sport-based therapy and mental health services for youth. He has served in this role since August 2011, bringing more than 30 years of experience in both the nonprofit and business sectors.

 

Daniel Millner, LMHC

Senior Director of Clinical Programs

Daniel Millner, LMHC, is Doc Wayne’s Senior Director of Clinical Programs, providing leadership to the clinical department at Doc Wayne and overseeing multiple programs including Chalk Talk®, Therapeutic Recess, and The Community Clinic. In addition to sport-based therapy, Dan integrates a focus on Family Systems Theory as well as narrative, relational, and behavioral approaches into clinical supervision and program development.

 

Rebekah Roulier, LMHC

Managing Director

Rebekah Roulier, LMHC, serves as the Managing Director of Doc Wayne, where she leads strategic partnerships, organizational communications, and initiatives that expand awareness and access points to Doc Wayne’s unique suite of service offerings.

 

Sam Zurn

Senior Director of People and Learning

Sam Zurn, Doc Wayne's Senior Director of People and Learning, oversees Doc Wayne’s people operations and programs for adult learning. His work ranges from orientation and onboarding, to learning design and facilitation, to culture building and strategic planning.

 

Board Members

Doc Wayne’s Board is made up of former athletes, successful professionals, and mental health advocates. This unique group works together with Doc Wayne staff, the Young Professionals Board, and volunteers to uphold the organization’s mission and values. Board members strive to propel the organization into the future by fundraising, volunteering, and spreading awareness of Doc Wayne’s innovative approach.
