Maureen “Mo” Slotnick

Coach Mo recently joined the Doc Wayne team as a Clinical Intern. She graduated from Randolph-Macon College with a BA in Psychology and a minor in Speech Communications where she also played soccer for four years. She also holds an MBA from Texas A&M and is certified as a Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, Running Coach, Cycle Instructor and Yoga Teacher. Currently, Coach Mo is working on her MSW through Rutgers University and also works as a Recruiter in Human Resources.

She is very passionate about the mind, body and health connection and believes in the power of sports, teamwork and community. She is often found coaching youth sports her two kids, Louie and Scarlett may participate in, helping in her surrounding military community or running a marathon in her fun time. Teamwork is a life sport and the mission of Doc Wayne resonates with her because she believes sports can change the world one person at a time. She is thankful for the opportunity to work with Doc Wayne clients and help anyone on their journey. “The body benefits from movement, and the mind benefits from stillness,” – Sakyong Mipham.
