Christie Brake

As a Clinical intern, Christie is responsible for assisting in both individual and group sports-based therapy sessions. She earned her B.A. in Psychology with a Pathway in Public Health from Marist College and is currently earning her Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from Northeastern University. Christie grew up on Cape Cod playing soccer, basketball, and lacrosse. Sports have always been an important part of her life and she is a huge fan of all of the Boston sports teams. Christie was drawn to Doc Wayne for their passion for helping others, being a part of a close-knit, supportive community, and the uniqueness of fusing sports and therapy together.
