Alejandra Trejo

As a Clinical Intern, Alejandra helps facilitate individual and group therapy sessions through the lens of sports. Alejandra graduated from Boston College in 2015 with a double-major in psychology and communication. After working in relationship-building roles within Customer Success as well as fundraising for a nonprofit, she has returned to Boston College as a graduate student in the School of Social Work within the Latinx Leadership Initiative. Alejandra is a Mexican-American native Spanish speaker from El Paso, TX, who grew up playing many sports but found her true passion in soccer. Alejandra hopes to use her passion for sports and mental health to help bilingual youth build community and develop social-emotional skills that empower them to reach their goals.
